用甘蓝型胜利油菜和Tower进行正,反交和回交,分析了亲本,F_1,F_2,F_3和BC_1F_1,BC_1F_2种子中的硫代葡萄糖甙总量,发现F_1种子主要由母体植株的基因型控制,F_2和BC_1F_1受母体种子硫代葡萄糖甙含量的影响、F_3和BC_1F_2呈连续分布,硫代葡萄糖甙总量受3对基因控制,高含量对低含量为部分显性,硫代葡萄糖甙的遗传力为89.9%(h^2B)和72.7%(h^2N),F_2代硫代葡萄糖甙植株与较差的农艺性状相联系。
The total glucosinolate content(TGC) of rapeseed (Brassica napusL,) was investigated in parental, hybrid and segregating populations derivedfrom shenli rape and tower. It was discovered that the TGC in F_1 seeds wasmainly determined by the genotype of maternal plant; in F_2 and BC_1F_1 seeds,it was affected by the TGC in maternal seeds; in F_3 and BC_1F_2 seeds, it showedquantitative characters. The amount of TGC was controlled by three pairs ofpartial dominant genes. The broad and narrow heritability was 89.9% and 72.7%respectively. The plants (F_2 and BC_1F_1) with lower TGC in their seeds areusually associated with inferior agronomic characters.
