It is inevitable requirement of historical development to construct parent education management system with Chinese characteristics. To construct parent education management system, we should clear direction, have power to execute, have money to do good things; and it also should obey principles of top-down, full participation , following local conditions ,results-oriented. The article also proposes specific action steps of building a parent education management system with Chinese characteristics.
