摘要
通过对优秀男子举重运动员重大比赛前减(控)体重过程的个案研究,探索减(控)体重的综合方法与措施,并观察具体的应用效果。结果提示:运动员减(控)体重的过程是一个系统工程,它涉及到训练、机能、心理、营养等诸多因素。在制定运动员的减(控)体重计划时,应从实际出发,并根据多项指标的监测数据采取相应的干预措施,具体包括训练干预、营养干预、心理干预等。合理的减(控)体重计划应是在保证运动员顺利减重的同时,又能使其保持良好的体能与竞技状态,圆满完成参赛任务。
The paper took elite male weightlifter as subject to explore the comprehensive measures of weight control and reduction and observed the effect of applying these measures. The result showed that the procedure of weight control and reduction was a systematic program which involved many factors including training, physical function, mental state, nutrition, etc. The plan of weight control and reduction should be established on reality and intervention measures that included training intervention, nutrition intervention, psychological intervention, etc. according to a number of indexes monitored. A reasonable plan of weight control and reduction could not only ensure athlete' s weight reducing successfully but also maintain athlete' s good physical fitness and competitive form to fulfill competition perfectly.
