摘要
以红霉素硫氰酸盐为原料,通过研究反应温度、反应时间、溶液pH值等对红霉素肟收率和纯度的影响,选择制备红霉素肟的最佳合成工艺,结果表明,收率达到65.0%,纯度达到93.4%。
The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and pH value of solution on the yield and purity of erythromycin oxime are investigated. The optimum synthesis process of erythromycin oxime prepared by using erythromycin thioyanate as starting material is selected. Under the optimal conditions, the erythromycin oxime can be obtained with 93.4% purity and 65.0% yield.
