Discussion On A New Tourism Development Pattern In Historical Water Towns:Taking Jinze Water Town as a Sample

江南水乡旅游开发的热潮过后,许多水乡由于旅游商业服务与为原居民服务的商业都设置在老镇区内,游客及本地居民的需求超出了古镇生态承栽能力,对古镇风貌造成了破坏.吸取以前水乡开发的众多经验,结合金泽水乡的空间文化特色,提出依托原有古镇,新辟商业服务中心及旅游服务设施的水乡开发新模式,建设生态化的城市环境,既保护古镇有利于旅游发展,同时也照顾原居民的日常生活所需,实现可持续发展的目标.

After the tourism development boom in Water Towns, damages were made to the ancient towns by the tourists and local habitants because of the tourism business service facilities settled there. The demands exceeded their capacity. Taking Jinze Water Town as a sample, this article discusses a new tourism developmental pattern in Water Towns by developing new RBD, based on the original towns so as to protect the ancient towns and meet the needs of both tourists and local habitants, and accelerate the sustainable development.
