The Change of the Mode of Macro-economic Controls and Path Selection

贯彻科学发展观实现经济又好又快发展,需要不断进行宏观调控。目前我国宏调应注重方式转变和路径选择,从控制固定资产投资、完善资源要素价格体系、纠正生产要素价格扭曲、实现资源价格调整与汇率改革的协调、优化出口结构、加快金融市场改革、大力刺激内需、加快区域经济协调等方面加大调控力度。

To carry out the concept of scientific development and ensure fast and quality economic growth, constant macro controls are needed. At present, importance should be attached to the transformation of the method of macro controls and selection of paths. Macro controls should be intensified in the following aspects： controlling the investment in fixed assets, improving the pricing system for resource elements, correcting the distortion of prices for production elements, achieving the coordination between the adjustment of prices of resources and the reform of the exchange rate regime, optimizing export structure, quickening the reforming of the financial market, vigorously stimulating domestic demand, and speeding up the coordination between regional economies.
