中草药对鲈鱼诱食活性的研究 被引量:29

摘要 以鲈鱼为实验对象,采用迷宫装置研究中草药单体及中草药复合剂对鲈鱼Lateolabrax ja- ponicus(Cuvier et Valencinnes)的诱食活性。结果表明,中草药单体的诱食效果比中草药复合剂诱食效果好。不同的中草药单体对鲈鱼的诱食效果差异明显,阿魏对其有显著的诱食作用,陈皮的诱食作用次之。同时发现鲈鱼对肉桂、白芷、山楂和大茴香有一定的趋避反应。不同的中草药复合试剂对鲈鱼的诱食效果差异较大,其中,中草药组合栀子+陈皮+阿魏对鲈鱼有显著的诱食作用,而中草药组合陈皮+栀子对其有显著的抑制作用。 Several kinds of Chinese herbal medicines were studied for their feeding attraction activity for Lateolabrax japonicus (Cuvier et Valencinnes) using maze equipment method. Chinese herbal medicines showed more feeding attraction activity when used separately rather than in combinations, and the medicines were significantly different from each other in feeding attraction. Asafetida showed significant feeding attraction for the fish, while preserved tangerine peel had less feeding attraction activity; and cinnamon, radix angelicae dahuricae, hawthorn fruit and fructus anisi stellati restrained feeding activities of Japanese sea bass. Different combinations of Chinese medicines also showed great difference in feeding attraction. The combination of gardenia, tangerine peel and asafetida showed significant feeding attraction activity. However, the combination of tangerine peel and gardenia restrained feeding activities of Japanese sea bass.
