摘要
本文对异核二维相关NMR谱中强偶合的影响进行了分析,给出量子力学的定量描述。用所建立的计算机NMR谱解析系统模拟了AB(X)自旋体系以及蔗糖的异核二维相关谱。
Heteronuclear 2D correlation spectroscopy is one of the most widely used 2D NMRmethods, in which all ^(13)C-~1H connective information of a compound can be obtained in one ex-periment. But,the strong coupling often complicates the spectrum, here numerical calculationsare required. In this paper, the effect of the strong coupling for heteronuclear 2D correlationNMR spectra was analysised with the pregram system developed in this lab. As the examples AB(X) spin system and sucrose were taken to illustrate the analysis process.
