用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,检测了仔猪腹泻病粪样中的轮状病毒,结果证明轮状病毒是引起仔猪腹泻的一种主要病原。
Polycrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) is used to determinethe rotavirus in fecal samples of piglets infected with diarrhea, which confirmsthat rotaviruses are main agents causing diarrhea in piglets.
