摘要
1986年文献首次报道脑梗死患者血清脂蛋白(a)水平变化。自此以后,国内外学者围绕脑血管疾病与脂蛋白(a)的关系做了大量研究,但目前各家报道不一。本文就脂蛋白(a)的结构、特点及其与缺血性脑血管病的关系进行综述。
