摘要
目的探讨体表心电图慢性ST-T改变对冠心病诊断的价值。方法对60例体表心电图慢性ST-T改变患者的冠状动脉造影结果进行回顾性分析。结果60例患者中,冠状动脉造影阳性者35例(53.33%),其中男23例,女12例。结论临床依据体表心电图慢性ST-T改变诊断冠心病要慎重。
Objective To evaluate the value of chronic ST - T change in surface electrocardiography for diagnosing coronary heart diease. Methods 60 patients with chronic ST -T change in surface electrocardiography were analyzed retrospectively. All of them had received coronary angiography, Results In 60 cases the result of coronary angiography were positive in 35 cases （58. 33% ）, there are 23 males and 12 females. Conclusion It should be cautions to diagnose coronary heart diease with chronic ST -T change in surface electrocardiography.
