摘要
本文探讨了相对遗传力与配合力效应问的遗传关系,并分析了杂种优势的遗传机制,按配合力差异的显著性测验方法,拟订了相对遗传力和显性度的显著性测验的数学模型,用甘蓝型油菜6×6完全双列杂交资料,证明相对遗传力法比目前通行的LSD法简单可靠。
This paper studies the genetical relationship between relativeheritability and combining ability and the genetical mechanism of heterosis.It works out the mathematical models of significant tests of relative heritabi-lity and degrees of dominance based on the significant test of combining abi-lity differences. These modes can be used to test the significances of percen-tage heterosis over mid-parents and superior parent and relative heterosis ofhybrids simultaneously. The experimental data of 6×6 diallel crosses(with-out reciprocals) in oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.) prove that relative heri-tability test is simpler and more accurate than the LSD test which is comm-only used to test the significance of heterosis.
