当前大学生道德教育与法制教育实践中将法制教育混同于道德教育的"等同论"和用道德教育取替法制教育的"代替论"的观点,直接影响到高校思想政治工作的实效性,理性审视法制教育与道德教育的关系,探究两者契合的具体措施,无论是对高校思想政治教育工作的理论关切还是实践关切而言,都具有重要的现实意蕴。

Nowadays, there exist two opinions in college ethnic education and college legal education, one of which confuses the latter with the former, and the other of which replaces the latter with the former. Both of them have negative effects on college ideological and political education. Therefore the rational inquiry of the relationship between college ethnic education and college legal education, and the specific measures on the combination of the two are of more and more realistic significance to both the theoretical aspect and the practical aspect of college ideological and political education.
