农村学校开展校本研修工作,除了需要鼓励与扶持教师自主研修之外,还应争取外部研究力量的合作与支持,建设一支结构合理、高素质、专业化的引领队伍,它是实施校本研修的一个关键要素,是校本研修得以深化发展的重要支撑。文章拟对农村学校开展校本研修活动及其区域性推进的行动中专业引领队伍的建设问题作些探索和阐释。

The operation of school - based research of the rural schools needs the support and cooperation from the outside. The construction of a leading team of appropriate formation and high quality is the key to the implementation of school - based research since it play＇s a critical role in the further development of the research. The article attempts to explore and provide some proposals for these issues.
