摘要
由于传统观念根深蒂固、非职业化问题突出、人事体制权责不分、各类待遇普遍较低、保障机制严重滞后等诸多"瓶颈"问题,辅导员队伍的健康发展受到了严重制约。建立四大保障机制是推进高校辅导员队伍职业化建设的有效措施。
Because of many bottleneck problems , healthy development of the tutor team is restricted severely. For example , the problems of deep - rooted traditional opinions, the prominent problems of nonpmfessionalization, the mix of responsibility and authority in personnel system, generally low pay and severe lag of the protection system. The effective measures to promote the professionalization construction of the tutor team are to set up the four guarantee systems.
