摘要
当前多数高校形成了二级学院建制,二级学院的教学管理水平的高低,直接影响到高校的整体管理水平。二级学院教学管理改革应朝着管理理念人性化、管理手段信息化、管理队伍现代化、管理工作目标化方向发展。
At present,most universities are composed of different schools. The quality of school teaching management direedy affects the university teaching management. It should develop in the direction of the personalization of management concepts,the informationalization of management techniques,the modernization of management team and the objectization of management.
