摘要
城市环境治理评价是实现城市环境治理目标的有效工具,基本方法主要有环境费用效益分析法、环境费用效果分析法、环境质量指数法、环境治理相对绩效评价法。与环境治理相关的一些评价方法有层次分析法(AHP)、主成分分析法(PCA)、模糊综合评价法等。
The evaluation of urban environment governance is an effective tool to achieve the goal of urban environmental governance. The basic evaluation methods are the environmental cost - benefit analysis method, environmental cost - effect analysis method, environmental quality index method and relative performance evaluation method of environmental governance. The methods which related to environmental govemance are the analytic hierarchy process method （AHP）, the principal component analysis method （PCA） and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method etc.
