摘要 目前跨度在100 m以上混凝土连续箱梁有支架法、挂篮悬浇、桥面吊机悬拼等施工方法。文章介绍的混凝土连续箱梁架桥机节段拼装施工技术,采用临时支墩施工方法,可将架桥机75 m标准跨径扩大至100~150 m范围,从而提供了除挂篮悬浇、桥面吊机拼装外的另一种新的施工工艺。 Concrete continuous box girders for spans of more than 100 m are normally constructed with the methods of scaffolding, concrete casting in suspension with hoisting cradles and assembling of deck cranes at high locations. The paper describes the technology for assembling bridge girder erection machines for installation of concrete continuous box girders. A temporary pier can be erected to extend a girder erection machine with a standard span of 75 m to 100 m - 150 m, thus providing a new technology for bridge construction in addition to the construction methods of concrete casting in suspension with hoisting cradles and assembling of deck cranes at high locations.
