摘要
根据东莞市2000—2005年的R&D经费投入、从事科技活动人员数和GDP数据,采用灰色关联分析法研究了科技投入对东莞市经济增长的贡献度问题.结果表明:R&D经费投入和从事科技活动人员数均与经济增长有正相关关系,且R&D经费投入对经济增长的贡献度为0.84,从事科技活动人员数对经济增长的贡献度为0.82,说明R&D经费投入对经济增长的促进作用稍显重要.
Using the grey relative analysis method, the paper studies the contribution of Dong-guan City's input into science and technology to its economic growth according to R&D expenditures, the number of personnel engaged in science and technology activities, and GDP data of the city from 2000 to 2005. The conclusion is that both R&D expenditures and the number of personnel engaged in science and technology activities have a positive correlation with GDP data. Moreover, the two factors contribute to economic growth at the degree of 0.84 and 0.82 respectively, showing that R&D expenditures play a slightly more important role in promoting economic growth.
