摘要
目的探讨青少年肺功能与体质量指数、腰围及腰臀比的关系,为青少年体质健康研究提供依据。方法选取马鞍山市部分初三毕业生进行人体测量和肺功能检测,利用协方差分析和偏相关性分析计算肺功能与不同测量指标的相关关系。结果正常组、超重组及肥胖组之间用力肺活量(FVC)差异无统计学意义,肺活量指数和单位体表面积最大通气量(MVV/BSA)表现为体重正常组>超重组>肥胖组,组间差异有统计学意义。最大通气量(MVV)及峰值流量(PEF)在各组间差异无统计学意义。相关性分析显示,体质量指数、腰围及腰臀比与用力肺活量成正相关,其中体质量指数和腰围与肺活量指数、单位体表面积最大通气量等呈显著负相关。结论青少年肺功能随体质量指数和腰围的增加而逐渐减弱,控制体重和腰围是改善青少年肺功能的重要环节。
Objective To study the relation between lung function and body mass index, waist, waist-to-hip ratio in adolescents, and to provide bases for the study on adolescents' constitution and health. Methods Students of gracle nine in Maanshan city were partly selected to participate in the measurement of lung function and body. The correlation between lung function and different measure index was compared with covariance analysis and partial correlation analysis. Results tt showed that there was no significant difference in Forced vital Capacity (FVC) among normal, overweight and obese group. However, there was no difference in Maximal Ventilatory Volume (MVV) and Peak Expiratory Flow (PEF) among them. The index of vital capacity and MVV/BSA in 3 groups took on a tendency of normal group 〉 overweight 〉 obesity. Body mass index, waist and waist-to-hip ratio were positively associated with Forced Vital Capacity. Body mass index and waist were negatively associated with the index of vital capacity and MVV/BSA. Conclusion Body mass index and waist were negatively associated with lung function, so it is important for weight control in adolescents.
