摘要
目的了解延吉市中小学生伤害现状和安全教育需求,为学校开展安全教育提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,在延吉市的小学、初中和高中学校中各选取1所朝鲜族、汉族学校,共6所;再采用随机抽样法,对6所中小学1 229名学生及其教师和家长进行问卷调查。结果中小学生伤害发生率为41.2%,发生率较高的健康危险行为为玩火、饮酒、试图离家出走、不适当减肥和吸烟。不同年级学生的家长和教师对学生各种健康危险行为的认识差异有统计学意义。24.1%的教师从未接受过急救相关知识培训,50%以上的学生未接受过系统的安全教育。90%以上的家长和教师以及78%的学生认为学校有必要进行系统的健康安全教育。结论将安全教育课程纳入正常教学计划,建立训练有素的安全教育师资队伍和开发相关教材,是学校安全教育得以顺利开展的关键。
Objective To identify unintentional accidents status and demands on safety education in primary and middle school students, and to provide evidence for school safety education. Methods By use of randomized sampling method, 1 229 students from six schools, their parents and teachers were chosen as study objectives to be investigated in fom of questionnaires. Results It was found that the overall percentage of unintentional accidents was 41.2%, in which high-risk behaviors such as playing fire, drinkings away from home, overly on diet and smoking were listed as the main causes of accidents. Teachers and parents of different grade students showed significant differences in consciousness of high-risk behaviors. Further morn, 24.1% teachers never received emergency care training while 50% students never received system safety education. Finally, 90% parents and teachers and 78% students thought it was necessary to set up health safety education course for students. Conclusion Safety education should be brought into teaching plan. Professional teaching teams and curriculum development are key points for safety education development.
