进一步提高狮子山铜矿磨机生产能力的研究

Further Improvement of Mill Capacity in Shizishan Copper Mine by Applying Accurate Ball Charging

应用精确化装补球方法,开展了提高狮子山铜矿磨机生产能力的研究。工业试验结果表明,采用ф90、ф80和ф60球按35∶35∶30配比进行精确化装补球,磨机生产率由83.34t/h增至91.84t/h,选厂生产规模由2000t/d提高至2204t/d,在提高处理量时并未影响选矿指标,且全厂电耗和磨矿介质单耗都有大幅度下降。

Applying a method of accurate loading and addition of milling balls, research to raise the mill capacity of Shizishan Copper Mine was carried out. The industry experiment shows that, when a fixed weight ratio of charged balls with diameters of 90, 80 and 60 mm was regulated accurately as 35： 35： 30, the production capacity of the mill was increased from 83.34 t/h to 91.84 t/h, and therewith, the capacity of the total plant was increased from 2 000 t/d to 2 204 t/d, yet, the mineral separation targets remained unaffected despite the increasing capacity, meanwhile, the electricity consumption and grinding media consumption per unit are decreased obviously.
