摘要
陕西某金红石矿嵌布粒度细微,被绿泥石等脉石矿物紧密包裹,分选难度大。采用浮选为主,浮选-重选联合抛尾,粗精矿再磨,酸洗、浮选的工艺流程,可获得TiO2品位为90.31%,回收率为47.36%的金红石精矿。浮选抛尾72.27%,重选抛尾21.74%,浮选-重选联合共抛尾94.01%,只有6%左右的粗精矿进入精选。该工艺的特点是:粗选大量抛尾、粗精矿再磨再选即"阶段磨矿阶段选别",可以降低选矿成本,减少工艺的复杂性。
The dissemination size of the mineral in a rutile mine of Shanxi is fine, and the rutile is capsulated intimately by gauge minerals like chlorite, which makes them quite difficult to be separated. Using a flowsheet including a tailings removing by combined use of flotation-gravity concentration, a regrinding of rough concentration, an acid washing and a main separation process, flotation, a rutile concentrate with a TiO2 grade of90.31% and a recovery of 47.36 % can be obtained. The tailings discarding in the flotation process and gravity concentration were 72.27% and 21.74% respectively, therewith, only around 6% of rough concentrate needs to be treated in the succeeding cleaning process. With the characteristics such as the massive discarding of tailings before cleaning, and the stage grinding-stage separation technique, the process cost can be reduced and the flowsheet can be technically simplified.
