摘要
以油页岩渣为原料,分别用酸浸法和碱溶法制备了氧化铝和白炭黑。讨论了焙烧活化作用、酸浸温度、盐酸用量以及酸浸时间等对氧化铝提取率的影响。实验结果表明,油页岩渣不需活化可以直接采用酸浸法制备氧化铝,最佳工艺条件为:酸浸温度100℃、酸浸时间2.0h、盐酸/油页岩=40.0mL/15.0g;氧化铝提取率为90.6%,纯度为91.7%。探讨了反应温度、反应时间以及碱浓度等对白炭黑提取率的影响,最佳工艺条件为:反应温度100℃、反应时间6.0h、NaOH浓度为6mol/L;白炭黑提取率为80.5%,纯度为95.9%。灰渣剩余量不到原来的5%,达到了油页岩渣生态化利用的目的。
Alumina and silica white were prepared through acidic leaching and alkali dissolving methods respectively with oil shale residue as initial material. The effects of activated roasting, leaching temperature, dosage of hydrochloric acid and leaching time on the extraction rates of alumina were discussed. The results showed that alumina was able to extract by acidic leaching from oil shale residue which did not need activation. The optimal process conditions are as fol- lows: the dosage of hydrochloric acid and oil shale residue were 40.0 mL and 15.0 g respectively, and the treated conditions is at 100℃ for 2 h respectively. The extraction rates and purity of alumina were 90.6% and 91.7% respectively. Then, the effects of reaction temperature, time and the concentration of alkali on the extraction rates of silica white were discussed. The optimal process conditions are as follows : the concentration of alkali was 6 moL/L, and the treated condition was at 100℃ for 6 h. The extraction rates and purity of silica white were 80.5% and 95.9% respectively. The surplus of residue was lower than 5% related to the untreated material, and the purpose of ecological utilization of oil shale residue was achieved.
