黄铜矿细菌浸出过程中的多因素影响 被引量:8

摘要 运用取自大宝山(简称DB)的嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌(Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans,简称A.f)和嗜酸氧化硫硫杆菌(Acidithiobacillus thiooxidans,简称A.t)的混合菌对广东某硫化铜矿的黄铜矿进行摇瓶浸出试验研究。结果表明,黄铜矿摇瓶细菌浸出率受菌种、矿浆浓度、pH值、接种量多种因素的影响。细菌浸出黄铜矿的适宜条件为温度30℃,矿浆浓度5%,pH值为2.0,接种量为3×107个/mL。 Studies on shaken flasks leaching experiment were conducted for chalcopyrite from certain copper sulphide ore in Guangdong by using the mixed bacteria of Acidithiobaeillus ferrooxidans and Aeidithiobaeillus thiooxidans from Dabaoshan (DB). The results showed that the shaken flasks beeteria leaching rate of ehalcopyrite was affected by variety factors of the bacteria, concentration of mineral slurry, pH and inoculation quantity. The optimal conditions of bacteria leaching experimentation of ehaleopyrite are temperature of 30℃ ,concentration of 5% ,pH of 2.0 and inoculation quantity of 3 × 10^7 per mL.
