摘要
采用直角坐标系描述三元系相图的方法,建立了直角坐标系下物质浓度的表示法。应用该方法,将相图中物相成分转换成点的坐标,精确计算各物相平衡结晶组成,使得物相组成的确定更为准确方便。将该方法应用于CaO-SiO2-Al2O3炉渣三元系相图中,使得高炉渣矿物组成的确定由估算变为精确计算,为炉渣矿物组成的分析及高炉操作的改善提供了一种快速有效的方法。
Through a method of expressing ternary phase diagram by rectangular coordinates, an expression of mineral mass concentration is established in the rectangular coordinates. The phase compositions in the phase diagram can be converted into coordinates of dots by the expression method to precisely calculate the equilibrium crystallization of each phase, making the determination of phase composition more precise and simple. Through the use of the method in CaO-SiO2-Al2O3 ternary phase diagram, BF slag phase composition can be calculated accurately instead of estimating. It provides an effective method for the analysis of the BF slag phase composition and the improvement of BF operation.
