Transformation on Realization of Personal and Public Ownership by Marx

"重建个人所有制"理论是马克思首先提出的,其实质是公有制内容和形式的统一。长期以来,理论界过分强调了个人所有制的公有制性质,而对于个人所有制的实现形式不够重视,并因此在实践中造成了一些偏差,这就需要在维护公有制的前提下,探索实现个人所有权的形式。而在目前市场经济条件下,要重新建立个人所有制,必须真正让劳动者享有所有权。

The theory on reconstructing personal ownership was initiated by Marx, whose essence is the unification of content and form about public ownership. For a long time, the academic circle has overemphasized the public ownership nature of personal ownership, but less emphasis on the realization of personal ownership, thus creating some deviations in practice. This needs a prerequisite of maintaining public ownership for exploration on forms of how to realize personal ownership. To reconstruct personal ownership in current market economy, it is a must to let workers really enjoy the ownership.
