摘要 目前中国银行业具有集中度适中、产品(服务)客观差异性较低、国有商业银行规模不经济、政策法律制度壁垒森严的市场结构特征。在竞争行为方面,中小商业银行存在价格竞争行为,国有商业银行存在一定的产品竞争优势,中国银行机构之间的兼并收购行为较少。对此,今后应从降低准入条件、引进更多的银行转变为重视竞争效率的提升,继续实行存款利率管制,允许贷款利率在一定范围内浮动,完善银行治理结构,发挥地方性中小银行优势拓展业务,避免外资金融机构势力在中国扩张过快。 At present, China's banking industry has such characteristics in market structure as: a moderate centrality, a lower objective difference of products, not - economic scale of state-owned commercial banks and strict barriers of the policy and legal system. In competition, there is price competition between the small and medium- sized commercial banks. The state-owned commercial banks have some product competitive advantage. There are little mergers and acquisitions among Chinese banking organizations. Therefore, from now on, we should focus on enhancing competitive efficiency, continuing to implement deposit interest rates control, lending interest rates floating within a certain range and perfecting banking management structure. The local small and medium - sized banks should use their advantages to expand business and avoid the fast expansion of foreign - funded financial organizations in China.
