微波炉厂微波辐射监测结果分析

Analysis of Determination on the Microwave Leakage in the Plant of Microwave Oven

对广东三家微波炉厂的生产场所及１５种型号的成品微波炉漏能进行了监测。结果显示：６名检测岗位工人距离微波炉（未上外壳）４０ｃｍ处，微波辐射的功率密度平均为１７μＷ／ｃｍ２（４μＷ／ｃｍ２～６０μＷ／ｃｍ２），仅一个点超标；６种型号（未上外壳）微波炉５ｃｍ处，微波辐射的功率密度平均为１９４μＷ／ｃｍ２（１μＷ／ｃｍ２～１００２μＷ／ｃｍ２），只有一种型号超标；在１５种型号的成品微波炉５ｃｍ处，微波辐射的功率密度平均为１２６μＷ／ｃｍ２（１μＷ／ｃｍ２～８６０μＷ／ｃｍ２），均未超标。微波炉的不同部位微波泄漏主要是视屏窗、门缝的位置。

The microwave leakage from 15 types of microwave oven in 3 plants in Guangdong were determined.The results showed that the average of the site of 6 workers of check on the quality of micowave oven (no wrap) were 17 μW/cm 2 (range 4 μW/cm 2￣60 μW/cm 2),one of them exceeded the standard.The average of microwave leakage in the 6 model of microwave oven (no wrap) were 194 μW/cm 2 (range 1μW/cm 2￣1002 μW/cm 2),only one exceeded the standard.The average of microwave leakage from 15 model of microwave oven (with wrap) were 126 μW/cm 2 (range 1 μW/cm 2￣860 μW/cm 2),all within the standard (<1000 μW/cm 2).The microwave leakage from microwave oven were inspectes screen window and a crack between a door and its frame.
