摘要
对广东三家微波炉厂的生产场所及15种型号的成品微波炉漏能进行了监测。结果显示:6名检测岗位工人距离微波炉(未上外壳)40cm处,微波辐射的功率密度平均为17μW/cm2(4μW/cm2~60μW/cm2),仅一个点超标;6种型号(未上外壳)微波炉5cm处,微波辐射的功率密度平均为194μW/cm2(1μW/cm2~1002μW/cm2),只有一种型号超标;在15种型号的成品微波炉5cm处,微波辐射的功率密度平均为126μW/cm2(1μW/cm2~860μW/cm2),均未超标。微波炉的不同部位微波泄漏主要是视屏窗、门缝的位置。
The microwave leakage from 15 types of microwave oven in 3 plants in Guangdong were determined.The results showed that the average of the site of 6 workers of check on the quality of micowave oven (no wrap) were 17 μW/cm 2 (range 4 μW/cm 2 ̄60 μW/cm 2),one of them exceeded the standard.The average of microwave leakage in the 6 model of microwave oven (no wrap) were 194 μW/cm 2 (range 1μW/cm 2 ̄1002 μW/cm 2),only one exceeded the standard.The average of microwave leakage from 15 model of microwave oven (with wrap) were 126 μW/cm 2 (range 1 μW/cm 2 ̄860 μW/cm 2),all within the standard (<1000 μW/cm 2).The microwave leakage from microwave oven were inspectes screen window and a crack between a door and its frame.
