摘要 针对传统车辆称重装置存在的动态测量时被测车辆速度较低、测量误差较大等方面的不足,设计开发一种电容式车辆称重装置。在介绍称重装置结构设计和称重原理的基础上,对其动态性能进行测试与分析。首先从速度、加速度、振动因素对称重装置的影响进行试验测试,测试表明加速度对动态称重影响较大,而速度、振动因素对动态称重影响较小。进一步理论建模,从运动和受力角度对称重装置进行理论分析,并与试验结果相对比。试验测试和理论分析表明,电容式车辆称重装置结构简单,安装方便,抗干扰能力强,测量精度高,既适用于静态测量,又适用于动态测量,具有较好的推广价值。 Aiming at some shortages of the traditional vehicle weighing device such as low speed and large measurement error during dynamic measurement, a capacitive vehicle weighing device was designed. Based on introduction of the structure design and the weighing principle of the weighing device, dynamic performance of the device was tested and analyzed. First, the influence of speed, acceleration and vibration on the weighing device was tested, which shows that the impact of acceleration on weigh-in-motion (WIM) is much greater than that of speed and vibration. Then the movement and stress of weighing devices were analyzed by theoretical modeling. Both test and analysis show that capacitance vehicles weighing device possesses some advantage such as simple structure, convenient installation, strong anti-interference capability, high accuracy, etc.and it can be applied not only in static measurements but also in dynamic measurement. It is well worth popularizing.
