加强读者协会社团管理 全面提升大学生综合素质

Strengthening the management of the readers' association improving comprehensive quality of the college students

高校读者协会在发挥图书馆作用方面做出了一些贡献,但在提升学生综合素质上还有欠缺。文章根据高校读者协会现状,分析存在的问题,提出完善制度建设、制定培养计划、创新策划机制等方法,加强读者协会社团管理,充分发挥作用,从而达到全面提升大学生综合素质的目的。

Readers＇ association of the university makes some contributions in playing a role of the school library, but it is still deficient in improving comprehensive quality of the students. This article makes an analysis of the existing problems, proposes the perfection of the system construction, training plans and innovative planning mechanism in order to strengthen the management of the readers＇ association, to bring their role into fully play, and to upgrade the comprehensive qualities of the college students.
