摘要
电气化铁路因27.5 kV电力牵引接触网周围形成工频(50 Hz)电磁场广泛存在于铁路运营的多个环节(场所),对电气化铁路职工造成职业危害。本文就工频电磁场对人体免疫系统的影响、遗传毒作用及其与肿瘤和白血病的关系等进行综述,旨在为提出电气化铁路职工的工频电磁场防护对策、开展电气化铁路职业卫生工作提供科学依据。
Electromagnetic fields (50 Hz) formed around catenary for electric traction (27.5 kV) in electric railway are widespread in many areas of railway, which induce occupational hazards to the electric railway workers. Electromagnetic fields on the impact of the body' s immune system, genetic toxicity, tumors, leukemia and also the associations between above occupational hazards and electromagnetic fields, will be reviewed in this paper, aims to provide a scientific basis for advance of protective measures of the electromagnetic fields and development of occupational health for workers in electric railway.
