摘要
危机的广泛性严重威胁着企业的持续发展,企业离不开危机管理。从知识管理的角度来看,危机管理就是企业内外部知识在危机问题上的运用,是企业危机知识获取、存储、共享、使用和不断创新的过程。文章分析了企业危机生命周期各阶段的特征及应对危机的知识需求,构建了知识管理情景下企业危机管理系统的框架,为企业危机决策提供支持。
The crisis has characteristic of universality, which threatens the sustainable development of enterprise seriously. From the point of view of knowledge, crisis management is defined as the internal and external knowledge of enterprise applied in the fields of crisis, which is the process of the acquirement, storage, sharing, utilization and continual innovation of crisis knowledge. According to the different crisis characteristics and knowledge demand of responding to crisis at the each period of crisis life cycle, we construct an enterprise crisis management system bases on knowledge management, which provides the effective support for enterprise crisis decision - making.
