周剂量多西紫杉醇治疗老年人晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Terminal Non-small Cell Lung Cancer of the Elderly Treaed with Docetaxel

目的:探讨周剂量多西紫杉醇治疗65岁以上晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:采用多西紫杉醇30mg/m2静脉滴注,第1、8、15天给药,每4周重复,28天为1周期,两周期化疗后进行评价。结果:全组38例,部分缓解9例,稳定13例,进展16例,总有效率23.68%,临床受益率57.84%。结论:周剂量多西紫杉醇治疗老年人晚期非小细胞肺癌安全有效,值得临床推广。

Objective ： Used Docetaxel 3 times every 4weeks to treate the old patients whose age more than 65 years with advanced non -small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） ,observed and studied the curative effect and the side effect. Methods ：30mg/m^2 Docetaxel were administered intravenously on the 1st day, the 8th day and the 15th day .The chemotherapy was performed every 4 weeks. And judged after two cycles chemotherapy of Docetaxel. Results：in all the 38 cases,9 cases partially relieved, 13 cases were stable, and 16 cases developed. With the overall respose rate of 23.68% , and the clinical beneficial rate of all is 57.84%. Conclusion ： The four - weeks chemotherapy of Docetaxel is safe and effective for the elderly with terminal non - small cell lung cancer. And it is worth while being clinical extended.
