Appropriate Selection and Disposition of Water Discharge Valve in Pharmaceutical Heat Exchanging Equipment

疏水阀有阻汽排水的功能,却往往被人忽视。在开展节能减排的情况下,合理选配疏水阀和维护好疏水阀,可降低企业产品成本,改善生产环境,提高企业竞争力。笔者通过多年实践,对选配疏水阀,安装疏水阀,维护疏水阀提出一些见解。

Water discharge valve has the fimction of steam resistance and water discharge, which is always ignored by users. In the situation where energy saving and discharge decreasing are required, to properly select and dispose water discharge valve and maintenance the valve well can make the product cost lowel; improve the production environment and enhance the competition of enterprises. Based on the working experiences in long period, some opinions on selection and disposition of water discharge valve, the installation of the valve and the maintenance of the valve, were presented.
