重轨坯热送效果及热装制约环节分析

Analysis on Hot Delivery and Restricting Factor of Hot Charging about the Heavy Rail Bloom

文中用有限差分法建立了包钢5^#铸机连铸坯的从结晶器、二冷区和空冷区的传热模型以及热送、缓冷模型，经红外测温枪测温验证，模型是适用的。此外，对影响热装的因素进行了分析，指出现有加热炉铸坯输送装置不能持久耐高温是轨梁厂加热炉铸坯热装的限制性环节。

In this paper, the model of heat- transfer, hot delivery and slow cooling process about the continuous casting bloom mould, second cooling section, air cooling section is built by finite difference method, and is verified by infrared measuring temperatttre equipment. The result shows that the model is suitable. In addition, the affecting factor of hot charging is analysed. The restrict- ing factor is the heat bloom transporting equipment of re - heating furnace can＇t work at the high temperature lastingly.
