文中介绍了SWRCH12KB冷镦盘条的整个试制过程,给出了试制结果,并结合实际情况探讨了开发具有冷加工性能要求的盘条所应具备的条件。实践证明,在包钢现有装备条件下开发冷镦用SWRCH12KB盘条是成功的,各项指标均满足用户要求。
The paper introduces the trial L production process of SWRCHI2KB cold heading wire rod coil and its result .It discusses the cold working property of coll rod according to the pracitical production. The fact proves：the trial- production of SWRCH12KB cold heading coil is successful at the equipment condition of Baotou Steel and the indexes may meet the requirement of customers.
