介绍了清洁生产相关理论产生和发展,钢铁工业各工序清洁生产技术、方向、标准和要求,简述了包钢"三废"减排处理措施及主要清洁生产技术改造项目,清洁生产现状。清洁生产是钢铁企业又好又快发展的必由之路。
This paper introduces the generation and development of clear production theory ,the technology ,directlon,standard and requirement.it summarizes ＂the Three Waste＂ reducing drainage measures,main reformed projects of clear production technology,and the actualities in Baotou Steel Corp. The clear production is the only way that the steel enterprise develops faster and better.
