摘要
介绍了由500W空调压缩机驱动的脉冲管制冷机的实验研究结果。实验中获得了51K的最低温度,在80K时有4W的制冷量,温度在5分钟内可达到77K。这一研究的目的是为脉冲管制冷机在超导冷却、红外元器件冷却等研究、应用中提供一实用可靠的冷源。
After adding water cooling and oil filter, an air conditioning compressor is used for pluse tube experiments. A rotary valve and two pluse tube refrigerator made by our laboratory are coupled with the compressor. Experiments show that the oil filter can prevent oil from reaching regenerator or pluse tube. The compressor input power ranges from 4OoW to 600W ac cording to frequency and average pressure. The lowest temperature is 51K with the frequency 5. 6Hz and 1. 5MPa average pressure, and the largest cooling power at 8oK can reach 4. 0 Watt. Research shows that such a system can be developed into a product when the compressor and pluse tube are further improved.
