摘要
测量了正常态YBa2Cu3O7-x薄膜在不同波长激光照射下的光响应信号,并对其进行理论分析和研究。研究结果表明:正常态YBa2Cu3O7-x薄膜的光响应信号属于Seebeck热电效应,并且其热电信号与光波波长几乎无关,随着薄膜斜射角α(薄膜的C轴与膜表面的夹角)的增加而线性地增大,最大值为α≈15°,U≈10-2V/W。这为研究长波段、高灵敏度的光探测器提供了一条新的途径。
In this paper, we measure the light response signals of the normal state YBa2Cu3O7~ x film by incidence different wavelength laser, the experimental results show: the light response characters of the normal state YBa2Cu3O7 -x film is dcco.danc. with Seebeck thermoelectric effect, meanwhile the response signals are propertional to the tilt angle a between the crystallographic film C - axis and the normal surface and are wavelength independent. In our experiment, the optimum results are as follows: α≈16°, U = 4.7 ×10 - 2V/W. So the YBCo film of large tilt angle may become useful as almost wavelength indenpent room temperature light detectors.
