摘要
目前,在我国高校商学院中,案例教学远非主流,其教学效果也并不令人满意。究其原因,最根本的还在于我们对案例教学法的本质把握不准,在具体实施时,方法上还不到位。因此,借鉴哈佛经验实施管理学案例教学,极具现实意义。
The case method of teaching is indeed a positive, active, creative studying method. It makes the student acquire the outstanding management technique, insight, and self-confident which is needed in realistic business environment. But in business school of universities, the case method of teaching is still not the main teaching method, and the result is not satisfying. The main reason of this situation is that we still haven't grabbed the essential of case method of teaching, and then we can't apply this method in accurate.
