The Strategy of Grand Cultural Development & Prosperity and University Journal of Social Science

坚持社会主义先进文化前进方向,兴起社会主义文化建设新高潮,这是我国文化大发展大繁荣的战略目标。高校社科学报的改革发展,必须进一步明确其功能定位,遵循三条路径:一是以创名刊作为奋斗目标;二是办名栏打造学术特色和学术品牌;三是扶植新人甘当学术阶梯。学报工作者不能妄自菲薄,要增强办刊的光荣感、使命感和责任感,为实现文化的大发展大繁荣战略做贡献。

The strategic objective of the grand culrural development ＆ prosperity is to persist in the socialist advanced culture direction and to start a new high tide of the socialist cultural construction . To further locate a definite position of the university journal of scocial science is a must for the reform and development of university journal. There are three ways to reach this goal： to set a striving goal of establishing a prestigious journal;to set up a famous column with its academic characteristic and brand; and to prop up the new talents to serve willingly as the aca- demic ladders. The jounal professionals cannot improperly belittle themselves, they must increase their sense of glory, sense of mission and sense of responsibility while working for the journal, thus to make a bettter contribution to the realization of the strategic objective of the grand cultural development ＆ prosperity.
