我国高校计划生育档案管理比较落后,必须依托高校完善的网络系统和人才,开发计划生育档案管理信息化系统和网络平台,推进计划生育档案管理和婚育服务的信息化,实现超越时间、空间和校区界线的档案信息交换,有效地保证计划生育档案信息的时效性和隐私性,切实提高计划生育管理的效率。

On the basis of the backward status quo of archives management family planning, developing on the perfect network system and personnel in colleges, the family planning file management information systems and network platform should be developed to promote the information-based management of family planning and marriage archives. So the file information would exchanged without limit of time, space or areas of the boundary, so as to ensure the timeliness and privacy of family planning stall archives off effectively and improve the efficiency in the management of family planning.
