试论制定《民间文学艺术作品著作权保护条例》的必要性和紧迫性

由于民间文学艺术作品著作权保护的特殊性,目前虽有《著作权法》、《中华人民共和国民族民间传统文化保护法》和各省市制定的《民族民间传统文化保护条例》,但却不能有效地保护民间文学艺术作品的著作权,因此,制定《民间文学艺术作品著作权保护条例》就具有一定的.必要性和紧迫性。

Because of the specialization of copyright protection in works of folk literature and art, those works＇ copyright cannot be effectively protected, although there are ＂Copyright Law＂, and ＂Regulations of protection in works of folk literature and art＂, etc. Therefore, enacting ＂Regulations of copyright protection in works of folk literature and art＂ is very necessary and urgent.
