摘要 员工的工作价值现与员工工作动机、离职意愿、工作适应、工作满足、工作绩效等有显著的关系,故了解员工的工作价值观,制定适当的管理策略,对企业的经营必会有所帮助。饭店中外员工工作价值现存在着一定差异,了解这些差异与影响,可以增进饭店的经营绩效。 Employees' job values are very important in human resources management, for they bear irrevocable relationship with the employees'working motives, their inclination to leave the job, their job adaptation , job satisfication , their working effect, and etc. Therefore, getting to know the employees' job values and adopting proper management strategies will be beneficial to corporate management. This paper uses the Chinese and foreign restaurant employees as the objects of study and employs different research methods such as descriptive statistical analysis, T test of independent samples, and logistic Regression analysis. The paper aims to explore the differences in the job values which are held respectively by the Chinese and foreign restaurant employees and their consequent influences and hopes to improve the resturants' managing effects through analysizing the differences in the job values which is based on real examples.
