摘要
后现代主义强调反思和批判精神、反中心和提升非理性、倡导多元化的方法论以及重视交流和对话等思维方式为我们审视和反思教师评价提供了异常重要的视角。教师评价要提倡多元化视角,重视交流和对话;教师评价研究要倡导反思、批判的思维模式。
Postmodernism Emphasizes reconsidering, critique spirit, counter-center and initiates non-thinking mode, promotes multiplication methodology as well as value exchange and dialogue and so on, which provides us an important angle of view on teacher appraisal. The research on teacher appraisal must initiate to reconsider, the critique thought pattern; advocate the multiplex angle of view; and move towards the dialogue teacher aooraisal.
