摘要 聚晶立方氮化硼(PcBN)刀具材料不仅热稳定性好、化学惰性强,而且硬度高,是目前加工黑色金属材料以及实现加工领域的高效、高速和高精度的最佳工具材料。文章旨在对高温高压下不同粘结剂在PcBN的烧结过程中的行为规律作一个总结,以期进一步指导我们寻找更优的粘结剂组分和配比,了解PcBN的高压烧结机理,制备出高性能的PcBN刀具材料。 PcBN is the best cutting tool material for processing ferrous metal materials and realizing the high efficiency, fast speed and good precision in processing field with its well thermal stability, good chemical inertia and high hardness. The paper aims to summarize the behavior laws of different adhesives during the sintering course of PcBN under high temperature and high pressure, and wishes to further guide us to search for better composition and proportion for adhesive. Besides, it has also made the sintering mechanism of PeBN under high pressure known to us so that we can manufacture PeBN cutting tool material with high performance.
