摘要
文章总结了西方政治思潮内在的传统结构,即由经济政治基础决定和制约,思潮流派上存在左中右的分野和交叉,较为简单自发地进行人类传播等等。同时,后冷战时期西方政治思潮又呈现出一些值得关注的新特点:它们都产生于冷战结束之后的时代背景下,政治学说起到引发和带动作用,日益发达的大众媒介助长其快速传播,多样化的潮流冲击和重构传统的政治思潮流派。
The thesis summarizes the traditional structure of Western political thoughts, including it was dominated and restricted by economical and political condition, divided into different political interfluves and simply and spontaneously communicated between people. Current political thoughts in the West shown several new characteristics, including that they all came into being in the Post - Cold War era, arosing and driving by political theories, swift spreading by advanced mass media, impacting and reconstructing traditional genres of political thoughts.
