The Income and Expense Situations,Problems and Countermeasures of Average Rural Families in Yimeng Mountainous Area

我国是一个农业大国,改革开放以来,工业化、城市化促进了经济的快速发展,但"三农"问题一直困扰着中国经济的整体发展水平。党中央作出了建设社会主义新农村的战略部署,对农村的发展作出全盘规划。对沂蒙山区部分地区的普通农村家庭收支状况进行了调查,了解到在当前农村经济整体情况有所改善的条件下,部分落后的农村地区在家庭收支、农民增收等方面仍然存在很多问题,并探索了应对措施。

Our country is a big agricultural country, the industrialization and urbanization have improved the development of economy rapidly since we performed the open and inform policies. However, the farmer, country and agriculture problems have always hindered our country＇ s whole development. Therefore, Central Committee of the Party has made a strategic deployment about how to construct socialist new villages and a comprehensive plan about the development of rural area. This article is about the investigation of the income and expense＇ s state of average rural families in some places of Yimeng Mountainous Area, which learned that there are still many problems about the income and expense of families in rural poverty area, while the whole countryside economy is ameliorating at present.
