摘要 介绍了Ti4AlN3陶瓷的结构特点和制备方法。以Ti,Al和TiN粉为原料,采用无压烧结制备的产物来研究Ti4AlN3的相形成机理。利用X射线衍射(XRD)来确定物相,结果表明:合成Ti4AlN3的最佳温度为1400℃,保温时间的延长有利于Ti4AlN3的合成,过量Al能促进Ti4AlN3的合成,当摩尔配比为n(Ti)∶n(Al)∶n(TiN)=1∶1.2∶1.5时,可以合成纯度较高的Ti4AlN3。 The structure and properties of Ti4AlNs is summarized in the paper. The phase formation of Ti4AlNs is studied by pressureless sintering technology using power mixtures of Ti, Al and TiN as raw materials. XRD is used for phase identification. The results show that the optimum temperature for preparation of TiaA1Ns is 1 400 ℃, and it is good for preparation of Ti4AlNs when prolongs the dwell time at 1 400℃. Purity Ti4AlNs can be got with the mixture powders n(Ti) :n(Al) :n(TiN)=1 :1.2:1.5 in molar ratio. The for- mation of Ti4AlN3 is as follow: before 900 ℃, Ti reacts with Al to form TiAl intermetallics; between 900 ℃ and 1 300 ℃, TiA1 in- termetallics reacts with TiN to form Ti2AlN; and above 1 300℃, Ti2AlN reacts with TiN to form Ti4AlN3.
